At High Voltage Ice Creamery, the quality and safety of our products are our highest priorities. Due to the perishable nature of our ice cream cakes and food safety regulations, all ice cream cake sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds on purchased cakes.
If you believe there is an issue with your ice cream cake due to a quality concern or a mistake on our part, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos or additional information to help us evaluate the situation.
If a quality issue is verified, High Voltage Ice Creamery reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to provide either:
Store credit for the value of the affected item, or
A replacement cake or another fresh product of equal value.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Changes of mind
Incorrect storage or handling after pickup or delivery
Cakes left unrefrigerated or improperly transported
Personal taste preferences
We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us maintain the highest standards of food safety and product quality for all of our customers.
